We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our branch in Luleå. As an Inside Sales Representative, you are an important part of our sales team and maintain close contact with our customers, ensuring good and long-term relationships. You will be part of an engaged team where together you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results. This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. What do you do? Conduct active sales work (e.g., follow up on inquiries and assess customer needs) Actively work to bring in new customers together with our field sales representatives in the region Maintain and develop relationships with our existing customers Prepare and follow up on quotes to customers Handle any complaints Receive and register incoming orders Register customer notes in our CRM system Collaborate with all colleagues in the company to provide customers with the best service Who are you? We are looking for someone with upper secondary education. You have previous experience in B2B sales, preferably to businesses in the construction industry. You see yourself as a goal- and results-oriented person and have an interest in building technical solutions. If you have previously worked in the construction industry, we see this as a great advantage. You are passionate about service and always put the customer first. One of your many strengths is being solution-oriented—you see opportunities where others see problems. To succeed in this role, you need to be driven, flexible, thorough, and skilled at collaborating with others. You value structure highly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
