We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative Are you an ambitious person driven by customer contact, service, and sales? Do you want to help make our customers' daily lives easier at a successful industry player? As an inside sales representative, you'll be part of a sales team of 15 people. Your main focus is to deliver high-quality service to customers who contact us via phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities also include providing advice and writing quotes. You work proactively and contact customers by phone to follow up, listen for signals and needs to build long-term relationships, and offer new efficient solutions for their workplaces. As a person, you are sales-oriented, efficient, and organized. You thrive best when there's a lot to do and you deliver results and satisfied customers. Experience in sales and customer contact is desirable. If you also have an interest in the interior furnishings industry, that's an advantage.
