Fortum works with adapting and selling electricity contracts to businesses and individuals throughout Sweden. With a focus on customer value and sustainability, we help our customers get the best electricity contracts. In the role of Upsales Agent, you will: The position involves actively calling and working with upselling of security packages and ID protection. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is passionate about always delivering good service and results in your work. As a person, you are responsible, service-minded and see yourself as a team player. You enjoy working towards both individual and shared goals. Your attitude is positive and you spread energy to both colleagues and customers. You are a solution-oriented and engaged person who sees opportunities in your work. This role requires that you have good language skills in both Swedish and English. Other requirements: At least high school diploma You are comfortable handling different systems Able to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and speech.
