Fortum works to customize and sell electricity contracts to businesses and individuals throughout Sweden. With a focus on customer benefit and sustainability, we help our customers get the best electricity agreements. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will: The role involves actively calling and working with upselling of security packages and ID protection. This role requires you to have strong language skills in both Swedish and English. Other Requirements: Minimum high school diploma You are comfortable working with different systems Able to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and speech.
