Inside Sales Representative at Floda Systemskylt Shows the way. Signage with a focus on sustainability and quality. Floda Systemskylt develops and manufactures signage solutions for both indoor and outdoor environments. In our own factory, we produce both standard signage systems and custom-made signs, including tactile solutions for wayfinding and information. By having our entire production under one roof, we work with clear workflows from concept to finished sign. Digital printing is a central part of our manufacturing and is carried out in close collaboration between several functions in our sign workshop. We work long-term with sustainable materials, stable processes, and high quality at every step. Now we are strengthening our sales organization and are looking for an inside sales representative who wants to contribute to our continued growth. About the Role As an inside sales representative with us, you play a central role in our business. You work closely with our customers, primarily via email and phone, and are responsible for handling orders and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Initially, you will primarily work with deals that do not require customer visits. Over time, there is an opportunity to further develop in the role and also meet customers in our local area. Your Responsibilities Handle incoming orders and customer inquiries Provide service and advice to customers Coordinate order flows and ensure delivery according to agreement Contribute to upselling and long-term customer relationships Work in our CRM system Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many points of contact and a high pace. You are structured and thorough, while also having a natural ability to collaborate and find solutions in daily work. We would like to see that you: Have experience from similar work in sales or customer service Are communicative, outgoing, and confident in customer interactions Have experience working in CRM systems Have a valid driver's license It is a plus if you have an interest in color and form as well as technical solutions.
