The Corporate Communications Office's mission is to strengthen Region Skåne's brand through professional communication efforts and to support the achievement of operational goals, political decisions, and vision. The position is located within the Press and Social Media Unit of the Corporate Communications Office. The unit works across the region with Region Skåne's administrations and is responsible for press services, news planning, content production for internal and external channels, social media, and crisis and emergency communications.
We are now looking for you—a driven writer and communicator for a temporary position. We offer exciting, varied, and developmental editorial work at a fast pace, where you will work closely with colleagues across Region Skåne's entire communications function, operations, and management. You will become part of an engaged communications team with high expertise and drive. The position is based in Malmö.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a content producer, you will be part of the region-wide news coordination where you participate in daily editorial meetings and planning work.
Your role will include:
• Interviewing, writing, and publishing news and features to Region Skåne's intranet
• Producing and adapting content for other channels, such as social media
• Moderating and managing questions and comments on the intranet
• Contributing to idea and planning work
• Following up, evaluating, and analyzing content and results using a data-driven approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have relevant higher education or university degree in communications, media, or other education that the employer deems relevant.
The position also requires:
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and you are a skilled writer
• Experience working with a clear brand and established tonality
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop.
It is advantageous if you also have experience with:
• Internal communications
• Editorial work
• Target audience and accessibility adaptation of content
• Working in the public sector or in a politically governed organization.
As a person, you are structured, creative, and curious. You are solution-focused, take own initiative, and drive your work independently while being a good team player. You are trustworthy, relationship-building, and collaborate easily. For you, it is self-evident to work goal-oriented and meet deadlines. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
We plan to conduct interviews during week 35, on August 25 and 28.
