We are now seeking a purchasing assistant to join our team in Täby Kyrkby/Vallentuna. Here you'll have independent and meaningful work where you make a difference for our customers every day by ensuring they receive their groceries delivered with quality, care, and good service. Employment and Work Conditions Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (you will work 2-3 days per week) Working hours: 08.00–15.30, with some variation depending on the day's assignments Employment type: On-demand employment Start date: Immediate Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna Municipality. Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do? As a purchasing assistant, you are responsible for shopping and delivering groceries to our customers according to their individual shopping lists. Your job duties include: Shopping – purchase groceries and household items according to customer orders. Delivery of groceries – deliver goods to customers' homes and ensure that the correct items arrive on time. Receipt handling & payment – process payments and accounting according to operational procedures. Documentation – document completed services in the digital operations system via mobile device. Communication & collaboration – communicate with customers, colleagues, and coordinators to ensure good planning and high quality service. Who Are You? Service-oriented & friendly – you treat customers with respect, care, and professionalism. Independent – you are comfortable working on your own and taking responsibility for your tasks. Digitally savvy – you use mobile devices and digital systems in your daily work. B-driver's license (REQUIRED) – you are a safe and experienced driver.
