About the role As Procurement Controller, you are the process owner for the financial processes within Procurement. You have overall responsibility for managing, developing, and streamlining processes as well as ensuring high quality in follow-up and reporting. You belong to the central procurement function and report to the Head of Category Management. The position is located at ISS headquarters in Marievik, Liljeholmen. Your responsibilities You are responsible for forecasting and actuals, internal bookings, reporting, monitoring compliance and other KPIs, gathering and managing procurement statistics, and qualified analysis. The role involves clear ownership of the financial processes within Procurement, where you continuously drive development, standardization, and improvement of working methods and follow-up. You are an important interface between the procurement function and the finance department and ensure efficient collaboration, clear processes, and a predictable work structure that enables delivery according to set deadlines. You work closely with your colleagues within the procurement function to continuously monitor the financial impact of ongoing and completed supplier negotiations. You support the procurement organization with analyses and develop tools and working methods for efficient follow-up, increased transparency, and good cost control. The role also includes being a superuser for the procurement function's spend management tool and process owner for applications for new suppliers, where you are responsible for ensuring the process is efficient, fit-for-purpose, and developed based on business needs. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a couple of years of work experience in relevant areas and completed studies in economics, such as a higher education or university degree with an analytical focus as a business economist or civil engineer. Previous experience in controlling, accounting, and auditing is a merit. You are an effective communicator in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. Additionally, you are an experienced Excel user and have high IT proficiency. It is a merit to have experience as a process owner or have worked with improvement initiatives.
