Read on and submit your application today! Your Role Technical Procurement is a strategic procurement department for indirect materials and services. The department is responsible for all contracts for items that are purchased but not resold to our customers. As a Procurement Assistant Mobility, you'll be part of a team that manages all contracts related to mobility (such as vehicles, travel, and hotels) and procurement of services. The team consists of five dedicated colleagues, with three working exclusively on mobility matters. The role offers a varied workday where you will, among other things: Review invoices, monitor finances, and update information in various business systems. Handle orders and quality checks for Lidl Sweden's vehicle fleet. Perform operational tasks related to vehicles, such as washing them, parking, and preparing them for use. Carry out operational call-off purchases and maintain ongoing dialogue with our suppliers. Conduct evaluations and analyses and keep up to date with developments in the automotive industry. Manage daily mail handling. You will report to the team manager. Your Profile We're looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator who enjoys when things happen! You take significant personal responsibility, find smooth solutions, and have the ability to prioritize when facing multiple tasks at once. You're a team player who also thrives driving your own work forward. Furthermore, you must have: Completed upper secondary education (or equivalent) plus previous experience in similar work or a relevant procurement qualification. Good proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. B-category driver's license (required).
