Purchasing Assistant Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Purchasing Assistant with us, you will work closely with the Product Manager, Buyers, and other Purchasing Assistants to ensure we always have the right products, at the right time, and at the right price. You will become part of a dynamic team responsible for offering the industry's most attractive product range for families with children! In this exciting role, your focus will be on the order placement process and master data. You will have a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to developing the purchasing operations at Jollyroom. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will work with, among other things: - Ongoing order placement and delivery monitoring - Import of product data into our business system SAP - Ensure updating of master data - Answer questions from other departments and from external suppliers regarding the products - Support Buyers in ongoing work We would like you as a Purchasing Assistant to: - Be goal-oriented, interested, and good at collaboration - Have strong administrative skills - Be quick at typing - Good knowledge of Excel - Like numbers and are driven by sales - Be fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish It is meritable if you have knowledge in SAP, QlikSense, Inriver, and Litium. It is also meritable if you have education or background in a relevant field.
