Kruff AB is seeking a driven and business-minded professional who wants to combine purchasing with sales and customer contact. This role is perfect for you if you thrive with multiple contact points, enjoy negotiating, and want to help develop and streamline our purchasing processes. About the Position You will be responsible for purchasing for our warehouse as well as for customer-specific orders. You will maintain ongoing contact with our Swedish and international suppliers, negotiate prices and purchasing terms, and ensure that the right products are ordered at the right time and on competitive terms. The role also includes sales and customer contact. You will prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and help our customers find the right products and solutions. Your Main Responsibilities Plan and execute purchases for warehouse and customers Maintain ongoing contact with Swedish and international suppliers Request and compare quotations Negotiate prices, delivery times, and purchasing terms Follow up on orders and deliveries Analyze purchasing needs and inventory levels Develop and automate the company's purchasing processes Prepare quotations and price proposals for customers Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations Provide customers with professional service and guidance Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance departments We Are Looking for You If You Have documented experience in purchasing, supplier contacts, and price negotiations Have experience in sales, quotation work, and customer contact Have a good understanding of inventory management and purchasing planning Have experience developing or automating administrative processes Have very strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Speak Swedish at native level Speak English very well in both speech and writing Have good computer skills and are comfortable working in different business systems As a Person, You Are Structured, thorough, and solution-oriented. You are business-minded and have a natural ability to build good relationships with both customers and suppliers. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy improving existing working methods. It is important that you can prioritize and maintain overview even when the pace is high and multiple matters need to be handled simultaneously.
