About the Role As a Procurement Manager with us, you'll be an important part of Region South where you're responsible for tactical and strategic procurement work for the region and collaborate closely with both internal colleagues and external suppliers. Together with a tight-knit team of four procurement professionals who enjoy working closely together and supporting each other daily, you'll find a workplace with great atmosphere and strong team spirit. Your main responsibilities include monitoring procurement statistics, credit assessments, and compliance with laws and regulations. You lead negotiations and work with contract matters while driving the development of procurement processes in the region and company. Your direct manager Patrik is an engaged leader who supports you even remotely, and together with the regional manager, you'll create a dynamic and efficient work environment. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is business-minded, communicative, and has a strong drive to advance procurement work. You're skilled at building and maintaining relationships and thrive in a role where you work both independently and as part of a team. With your curiosity and open approach, you contribute to a positive and developmental work environment. To succeed in this role, you have: At least 3 years of experience in tactical and/or strategic procurement work Meritorious if you have experience in procurement within industrial operations, or alternatively in the construction/civil engineering industry Meritorious if you have a civil or higher engineering degree in construction and civil engineering with several years of procurement experience, or alternatively qualified procurement education at university or vocational school level Good knowledge of Office and very good Swedish and English in speech and writing B-class driver's license and flexibility for travel and overnight stays within the region What Do We Offer?
