As a Procurement Specialist at Range Servant AB, you will: * Make purchases cost-effectively according to needs from production and inventory * Ensure that materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost * Monitor order confirmations and follow up on deliveries from suppliers * Handle complaints and warranty issues in dialogue with suppliers * Verify invoices against purchase orders and deliveries * Keep the business system updated with current prices, article data, and product structures * Participate in price negotiations and identify and evaluate new suppliers * Initiate and drive improvements within the procurement process * Maintain ongoing contact with internal departments and external suppliers, both domestic and international Who Are You? We are looking for someone with post-secondary education or equivalent experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain. You have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and preferably experience with Business Central or similar business systems. You are familiar with working with article data, product structures, and order flows. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing are required. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you take your own responsibility, but you enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to the team's success.
