Job Responsibilities
As a procurement specialist, you will work in a team responsible for procurement related to indirect materials and services. You will report to the company's procurement manager and drive projects both internally and externally to keep the company's agreements updated and optimized for the supplier base. You will also work on developing the procurement function related to processes, systems, policies, contract and evaluation templates, etc. The work is project-based to find and create synergies within the area.
You will independently be responsible for:
- Procurements and establishing procurement agreements related to indirect materials and services
- Strategic procurement planning
- Supplier negotiations, supplier development, and supplier evaluations
- Assortment development
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree from a university or higher vocational school in economics, procurement, or equivalent, plus 3-5 years of experience with strategic procurement work and procurement processes.
To fit the role, you should be self-driven, driven, and have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We see that you are responsible, driven, solution-oriented, have good social competence, are attentive to the business's needs, and conduct yourself professionally in relationships both internally and externally. You are structured and have the ability to independently drive projects from start to finish. Good IT skills and a valid driver's license are required.
