Here you will become an important part of the purchasing function with responsibility for ensuring efficient material flows, good delivery accuracy, and professional collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. About the role As a Procurement Officer, you will have a broad and varied role working with both operational and administrative tasks. You are responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring that the operation has the right materials available at the right time. The role involves many contact points, both nationally and internationally, and requires structure, communication, and a proactive approach. Your main responsibilities Delivery monitoring and follow-up of purchase orders Assessment and planning of purchasing needs Registration and administration of purchase orders Invoice verification and registration Ongoing contact with suppliers in Swedish and English Inventory management according to set targets and analysis and follow-up Active participation in improvement and development work within the purchasing function Handling and administration of certificates and associated documentation Who are you? We are looking for someone who has Experience in purchasing work or a similar role Very good computer skills and experience working in business systems Strong Excel skills Strong English language skills, both spoken and written Ability to work in a structured and independent manner A service-oriented and collaborative work approach It is an advantage if you have experience with the Pyramid business system.
