Your role at Iver We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in operational procurement who wants to take the next step in their career. The role has a clear operational focus where you drive procurement work in daily operations, from need to agreement and follow-up. You work closely with the business and suppliers to ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement with the right quality, cost and delivery. You are self-directed, take initiative for improvements and manage supplier relationships in operational work. You also support our strategic procurement managers and category managers and contribute your expertise in contract management and supplier development. Examples of work tasks Manage the operational order flow and ensure high internal service levels Work with agreements, contract renewals and contract compliance Develop and strengthen supplier relationships through follow-up and improvement initiatives Contribute to the development, implementation and follow-up of category strategies together with category managers. You have worked with suppliers, agreements, follow-up and negotiation in daily work, with a focus on cost efficiency and quality. Experience with procurement within IT outsourcing is highly desirable. You enjoy independently driving procurement processes, ensuring deliveries and developing long-term supplier relationships. You work in a structured manner, have a cost-effective approach and contribute where necessary to the development of suppliers and procurement processes. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing. We would like to see that you have: Relevant education in procurement or equivalent experience Good understanding of contract law and legal aspects within procurement Ability to identify development opportunities and drive improvements Experience in procurement Meritorious experiences: Experience in strategic IT procurement or category management Experience in supplier development and sustainability work Experience in product and logistics flows, including export handling Work with process development and efficiency improvements Knowledge in risk management and compliance Location: The role is based at our office in Örebro.
