Accessa Finans is now seeking an experienced Collections Specialist who wants to take on an important and independent role in the organization. Here you'll have the opportunity to use your experience fully, take significant responsibility, and help develop both working methods and processes.
About the Role
As a Collections Specialist at Accessa Finans, you'll have a central role where you own your cases from start to finish. You work with qualified collections matters and are responsible for making legal and business assessments as well as driving cases forward efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives with significant responsibility and who appreciates the trust to make your own decisions. You'll work with both Accessa Finans' own receivables and external collections assignments, while having the opportunity to contribute to the development of the company's processes, routines, and working methods.
You assess whether and when a bankruptcy application or long-term monitoring is appropriate. For more complex legal matters, you have the option of seeking support from a lawyer.
This is a role for someone who wants more than a traditional collections assignment—you'll have the opportunity to make an impact, develop, and become an important part of Accessa Finans' continued growth.
What We're Looking For
Several years of experience in qualified collections work and experience independently driving cases.
Solid understanding of the entire collections process, including disputes, payment orders, Kronofogden, and enforcement.
Experience with cases that have proceeded to district court and judgment.
Solid understanding of relevant law within claims and collections.
Experience in negotiations and creating payment settlements.
Structured, analytical, and self-driven.
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
