Collections Advisor at Intrum

As a Collections Advisor at Intrum, you'll have an important role where you help your customers find sustainable ways forward. We're looking for someone who enjoys building trust, providing professional advice, and contributing to positive customer experiences in every interaction. As a Collections Advisor, you work closely with customers to find solutions that work for their situation. You do this by professionally and humbly handling incoming and outgoing cases from customers via phone and email. Together with your team, through high service standards and a solution-oriented approach, you'll help increase customers' cash flow. The phone will be your primary work tool as you'll handle both incoming and outgoing calls. You'll begin your new role with training to set you up for success and development in your new position. The training will be a mix of both theoretical and practical work with experienced colleagues from one of the teams. Working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday. Start date for the assignment is September 7. Qualifications and Characteristics Previous experience working in service and customer contact, preferably within collections and customer service. The ability to lead yourself and enjoy working toward clear goals and expectations. The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and ways of working and build trust in yourself and Intrum as a company. Comfortable working in different systems and digital channels. Communication skills where you can express yourself well in both Swedish and English is a requirement; additional languages are a major plus.
