About the Company
Asta is conducting this recruitment on behalf of our client. We are seeking an experienced collections handler for our collaboration partner's operations. The company works in the collections industry and is currently in an exciting expansion phase on the Swedish market. This position is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by our client, but the recruitment process is managed by Asta Agency. About the Position
As a collections handler, you will take on significant independent responsibility for a broad range of cases and drive work forward with a clear focus on results and solutions. You will manage ongoing collections matters, have direct contact with individuals and businesses, and actively work to reach payment arrangements and other practical solutions. You will record payments, send demands and reminders, and assess the next steps in cases requiring further handling. You will regularly report back to clients and ensure that all matters are handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures.

Qualifications and Attributes
You are a proactive and initiative-taking person who thrives in an operational environment with high levels of independent responsibility. You are stress-resilient, energetic, and have a natural ability to drive work forward without losing attention to detail. You are solution-oriented and tackle challenges with a hands-on approach.
Additionally, you have:
At least 4–5 years of experience as a collections handler in Sweden
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good system proficiency and experience with case management in collections systems
Ability to independently manage and prioritize a large volume of cases
Other Information
Start: Immediately, preferably around October 1st
Location: Stockholm, with possibility of remote work
Scope: Full-time
Salary: Competitive salary, by agreement
