Work Responsibilities
In your role as a collections handler, internally called a Collector, you will work within the Portfolio Investments business area managing and developing cases in Intrum's acquired portfolios. The role involves a combination of administrative handling and customer dialogue, where you are responsible for following up cases, implementing measures, and driving processes forward.
You work proactively through phone and digital channels to create contact with customers and find sustainable solutions based on each individual's situation. The role requires a structured work approach, good problem-solving ability, and the ability to prioritize among multiple ongoing cases at the same time.
Your work responsibilities include, among other things:
• Manage and follow up on collections cases in Intrum's portfolios
• Have active dialogue with customers via phone and digital channels
• Identify and implement appropriate measures to drive cases forward
• Prioritize and follow up on cases according to set goals
• Handle processes with authorities, customers, and other external parties
• Document and administer cases in business systems
• Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to ensure high quality in delivery
• Contribute to development and improvement of work methods and processes
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
• Experience in collections work
• Experience with customer contact via phone
• Good administrative skills and system familiarity
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meriting:
• Experience from banking, finance, credit, or similar operations
• Experience working in the Nova system

Furthermore, you have a professional approach and good communication skills that help you build trusting relationships with customers, authorities, and other cooperation partners.
