Debt Collection Specialist for Organization in Stockholm
Do you want to work in a role where you take full responsibility for your cases and drive processes forward? We are now looking for a debt collection specialist for an assignment with an established player in credit and claims management. About the Role You will become part of a small team where people work closely together and have clear individual responsibility for their cases. The role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced operational environment where you independently drive processes forward and make decisions on an ongoing basis. You work on-site with the team during office hours 08:00–17:00, which creates good conditions for collaboration and an efficient case flow. The assignment is to start as soon as possible and runs until the end of the year. In your daily work, you handle the entire debt collection flow – from case registration to actions related to enforcement. You work with both inbound and outbound contact via phone and email, while continuously handling returns mail, payment plans, as well as debt and balance inquiries. The role also involves working with more complex cases such as estate settlements, disputes, and litigation. You conduct case assessments, prepare documents such as debt statements and credit reports, and handle government communications. Further, you work with processes related to payment orders, enforcement, and various types of garnishment measures. You also handle settlements, prescription issues, and service of documents, as well as work continuously with watch lists and payment booking. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and comfortable taking full responsibility for your cases. You are solution-oriented, have an easy time understanding new situations, and make decisions in a safe and efficient manner. You have a natural drive in your work, are positive in your approach, and bring energy to the team. At the same time, you have an analytical ability and work in a structured manner even at a fast pace.
