About the assignment At the company, you will be an important part of the collections function and a key player in managing unpaid claims. You independently drive collection cases through the entire process from initial contact to decision on legal action. The role is operational and requires both analytical ability and professional communication.
Your areas of responsibility In the role, you are independently responsible for:
Managing and driving collection cases through the entire claims chain
Communicating professionally with customers via phone, email, and mail
Investigating and handling disputes, bankruptcies, and debt settlements
Making decisions on payment orders and enforcement
Ensuring correct documentation and careful case follow-up
Working in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the company's ethical guidelines
Your background We are looking for someone who has:
At least 1-2 years of experience in collections management
Experience with claims processes and working with large volumes of collection cases
Good ability to understand and handle legal issues (meritable)
Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritable with experience from the collections system Aptic
