Your role We are looking for an Engineer/Technician in Facility Information who wants to contribute to a structured and reliable information environment at LKAB. In this role, you become an important part of our work to maintain high quality of technical facility information – a central component for efficient operations and maintenance in our business. You will also work on development within this area. As an Engineer/Technician in Facility Information, you work in a dedicated team where you are responsible for managing and developing information, structures, regulations, and system support for these. You ensure that the right requirements are set and that the information is current, traceable, and accessible in our systems. Your main responsibilities: Manage and develop LKAB's documentation regulations, including procedures, guidelines, and instructions Ensure consistent information structures for documentation in our systems Administer information flows and ensure that procedures work in practice Handle ongoing documentation matters and contribute to order and organization in the documentation environment Work with continuous improvements and contribute to development projects Build networks with various stakeholders in the business to strengthen the support function's role and relevance Follow developments in the documentation field, both internally and externally Here you get a central role in ensuring that facility information is collected, traceable, and easily accessible – an important contribution that strengthens our technical management & development and long-term sustainability. You become part of LKAB's digitalization journey and work closely with the business to support and develop their approach to facility information. By creating clearer processes and structures, you help our colleagues succeed in their information management. Your expertise and areas of interest will influence the direction and development of the role. What you bring We believe you are either newly graduated from a college or university, or have had time to gather some experience after graduation. You are curious, communicative, and enjoy collaborating. With a structured way of working, interest in business development, and the ability to build good relationships, you help drive the work forward. You see opportunities in change, are motivated by new challenges, and like to turn ideas into results together with others. For this role, you will be offered training and knowledge transfer tailored to the position. LKAB is supported by an external company for training in this field. Beyond that, you need to have: A degree as a civil engineer, engineering graduate, or professional higher education engineer. Alternatively, work experience that the employer considers equivalent Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written A category B driver's license, which is a requirement for all positions at LKAB We warmly welcome your application!
