Within the Communications Data production unit, we are responsible for the daily operations, development and management of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's network infrastructure and network solutions for connected government agencies within the government mission Coordinated Secure Government IT Operations. Network technician, LAN, WAN, wireless networks, SD-WAN, network infrastructure, infrastructure development In the role as network technician with a focus on infrastructure, you will work with operations, management and further development of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's LAN and WAN environments, based on products from supplier Cisco. You work in a team with shared responsibility for both the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's network environment and the government agencies connected to the mission. The role involves responsibility for an established network infrastructure in production, where changes and improvements are carried out in a structured manner with high demands on quality and security. Handling of incoming requests is part of the work and occurs in close connection with the ongoing management and development of the infrastructure. Automation is a central part of the working method and is used to streamline deliverables, increase quality and create sustainable solutions over time. The role requires that you work systematically and with good comprehensive understanding in a complex IT environment. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that as someone working with us, you have high security awareness.
