Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Specialist at Next-it, you work as a consultant with clear customer responsibility. You drive and develop IT environments for small and medium-sized customers and serve as their primary contact for both daily operations and development issues. The work is broad and varied, combining technology, consulting, and relationship building.
You are expected to bring your own customer base and develop it over time to directly contribute to the company's continued growth. In the role, you are also responsible for operations, support, and further development of customers' IT environments, where you work extensively with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and general IT infrastructure. You maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and follow up on deliveries and needs over time, while identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and potential cost savings. Through your work, you also contribute to Next-it's technical development and business direction.
The role includes, among other things:
Managing operations, support, and development of customers' IT environments
Working with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and general IT infrastructure
Maintaining ongoing dialogue and follow-ups with customers
Identifying improvements, optimizations, and cost savings
Contributing to Next-it's technical and business development
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Several years of experience as an IT consultant or equivalent role
Solid experience working independently with small and medium-sized customers
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments
Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
B-class driver's license
