Your responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for operating, managing, and further developing production-near IT systems and infrastructure solutions. You will be an important part of the team that ensures mission-critical systems function efficiently, securely, and stably.
Your main responsibilities include:
Operation, monitoring, and management of server environments (Windows and Linux)
Automation of routines and processes through scripting, such as PowerShell or Azure DevOps
Troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving in production environments
Installation, configuration, and further development of systems and services
Working with integrations and data flows between different systems
Implementation of system updates, patch management, and security work
Documentation and continuous improvement of technical solutions
Collaboration with internal teams, operations, and external suppliers
Contribute to the development and optimization of infrastructure, processes, and working methods
Your profile
To be suitable for this role, we see that you have:
At least 5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure, or similar technical role
Good experience in operating and managing Windows and Linux environments
Experience with scripting and automation
Basic knowledge of networks and communication
Experience working in environments with high requirements for availability, security, and stability
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and its various components
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach
Ability to work independently while being a valued team player
Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Knowledge of monitoring, for example CheckMK
Experience with log management and performance optimization
Experience with SQL and database management
Experience with Jira and agile working methods
Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
Experience with PAM solutions (Privileged Access Management)

Remote work: Opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
Travel: Travel may occur as parts of the team are located in other locations.
Security clearance: Since the assignment is within the defense industry, security clearance and background checks may be conducted before employment or assignment start. Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the security classification of the assignment.
