About the Position As an Information Security Specialist with a focus on security protection in Svenska kraftnät's information security team, you will work closely with operations and in collaboration with central security protection functions. The role involves analyzing, supporting, and implementing requirements into practical execution. Your work directly contributes to ensuring that Svenska kraftnät has the right structures, processes, and control environment to meet both current and future requirements. You will be responsible for: Working closely with operations to support and develop security protection analysis (SSA) Gathering, analyzing, and quality-assuring information before it is entered into SSA Conducting workshops and supporting operations on security protection matters within information security Making qualified assessments related to vulnerabilities based on the external environment Ensuring that correct and relevant information reaches decision-making materials Contributing to the development of governance documents, analyses, and reports Providing advice, training, and support to operations at all levels Supporting the implementation of security protection measures and their follow-up Supporting practical security protection work in operations with expertise in information security You will have significant room to influence work methods, methodology, and priorities – and you will become a key person in SVK's security governance. With your solid experience in information security and security protection, you will become an important specialist resource for SVK and part of our long-term strategic security work. The Information and Cybersecurity Unit consists of approximately 15 employees in two teams. The unit is part of the Security and Preparedness Division, which has over 100 employees. Very strong ability to write analyses, reports, and governance documents. Experience working with security protection analysis (SSA). Ability to translate regulations into practical operations. Structured and thorough with good documentation skills. Ability to work operatively and supportively in operations. Good knowledge of and experience interpreting PMFS (Police Authority's regulations) and the Security Police's guidance on security protection. Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish and English. Meritorious Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces or similar organizations. Experience from the electricity industry. Good to Know The position is located in Sundbyberg. Some opportunity to work remotely, up to 50% when work tasks permit. Travel occurs to a very limited extent in this position.
