During the first year, the focus will be on information classifications, risk analyses, and monitoring of identified risks and decided measures. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: relevant academic education, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent experience in information security, risk management, internal control and compliance, or other related areas ability to lead meetings, workshops, or working groups strong analytical skills and the ability to see connections between business operations, information, systems, risks, and measures strong ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing ability to translate requirements and risks into practical working methods. The following are considered merits: experience with information classification and risk analysis knowledge of NIS 2 and Swedish cybersecurity regulations, particularly related to risk management, monitoring, and incident handling experience from the public sector knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, or equivalent frameworks experience with business continuity planning or security monitoring. To succeed in the role of Information Security Coordinator, you need to be structured, pedagogical, and comfortable collaborating with others. You can bring order to complex issues, explain risks in an understandable way, and contribute to progress without taking over responsibility from the business. You have good collaboration skills and can work with managers, information owners, system administrators, and other functions. You also have integrity and can raise important risks and deficiencies in a factual and constructive manner. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. About the Workplace The IT Unit is part of the Quality and Development Department. The IT Unit's mission is to support the board, management, and the organization. We do this by coordinating, leading, managing, monitoring the external environment, and following up on the department's administrative work. The department works with quality and development issues and has the task of creating structure for governance and leadership and providing support to the business in common processes and issues. The department also prepares decision-making materials and quality-assures the department's case process and has cross-departmental coordination responsibility in various areas. The unit's responsibilities include: Managing the procurement process for IT equipment. Information and IT security. License management. Project-leading various types of assignments within the area. Training employees and managers in the area. Support in department-specific issues and systems. Documenting, classifying, and cataloging assets.
