About the position
In your role as Information Manager, you will work together with your colleagues to drive and develop work with information structure and data quality related to Svenska kraftnät's facility information. You will be part of the Information Management and Support unit. The unit has a central role in coordinating information management and supporting operations in the work toward a more structured and data-driven organization.
The position involves a strategic and coordinating role with many contact points throughout the organization. You work closely with both operations and IT on matters concerning information structure, data quality, and development of working methods. The role requires a holistic perspective, where you capture the organization's needs and translate them into sustainable solutions.
Examples of work tasks:
Drive and take responsibility for the development and methods for managing facility information.
Drive and take responsibility for work related to data quality, organization, and requirements for facility information.
Together with the other Information Managers, participate in further development of information management for facility information in the Network division.
Contribute to the development and setting of requirements for working methods and processes within information management for facility information.
We are a unit of 5 employees with great expertise and drive, and experienced in working with many different contact points both within the authority and with external cooperation partners.

You have higher education or university education in, for example, information technology, civil engineering, or energy, or equivalent experience that Svenska kraftnät considers equivalent. Furthermore, you have:
At least 2 years of experience in digital management of facility information.
At least 2 years of experience in operational data quality work, perhaps as an information coordinator, documentation responsible person, or documentation engineer.
Experience working with information models in some form.
Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
We consider it meritorious if you have:
Knowledge and understanding of facility information for electrical power.
Technical understanding of concepts within electrical power.
Experience working with RDS (Reference Designation Systems).
Knowledge of ISO 81346, CoClass, or other standards related to information management.
Good to know
The position is a permanent employment with placement in Gothenburg, Sundbyberg, or Västerås.
