About the Position You will play a central role in developing and ensuring internal IT systems. Your work will revolve around implementing and improving IT security measures, which involves close collaboration with several cross-functional teams. One of the main responsibilities is to ensure that the organization stays at the forefront of technical innovations and security standards. You will also manage technical interfaces to ensure that systems meet both needs and requirements across various business areas. Your daily tasks will include security testing, requirements analysis, and regulatory interpretation. The work covers several global regulatory frameworks such as NIST 800-171 Rev.2, NIS2, ISO standards, and other international security frameworks. You will also be responsible for monitoring and implementing regulations such as ISO standards and GDPR, which is crucial for ensuring the organization's compliance. To succeed in the role, you need an interest in new technology and a willingness to continually expand your knowledge. The team sometimes works remotely using virtual tools for collaboration. There are joint team days where physical on-site presence is required. There is an opportunity to work from different offices/hubs depending on geographic location. We are looking for you with experience in one or more of the following areas: - Security practices (e.g., OWASP) - Regulations such as ISO27xxx, GDPR, SOC2, DORA - Requirements specification and analysis - IAM role and policy-based authorization systems - Practical experience with security testing (e.g., MITM) - Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Great importance will also be placed on personal suitability in the recruitment.
