We will entrust you with:
providing IT technical support and consultation to company employees, resolving issues related to computers, software, and information systems;
administering information systems and user access rights, maintaining current IT configuration records and data synchronization;
maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, performing software installation, configuration, and technical maintenance;
collaborating with external IT service providers, administering IT requests, and participating in information systems and IT solutions development projects.
You will be the right fit if you have:
professional secondary education in information technology or engineering, or secondary education supplemented with training or courses in the specialty;
professional experience of at least six months in the information technology field;
State language proficiency level B, grade 2, or education obtained in the State language;
excellent skills working with MS Office programs and Active Directory;
experience working with SCCM software, printer configuration, and MS Office 365 environment;
desired Category B driver's license for performing job duties.
