VAS ''Latvijas Pasts'' We're looking for you – an IT Project Manager – an experienced, professional, and innovative project manager with analytical thinking, the ability to organize work, and strong teamwork skills Job Responsibilities: Project and Requirements Portfolio Management: Manage the IT project and IS development needs portfolio (including maintenance work). Ensure the collection, prioritization, and coordination of departmental needs. Project Management and Execution: Define project objectives, deliverables, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, risks, and ensure timely reporting. Manage changes and coordinate requirement modifications. Resource Planning: Develop IT project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. - Plan and justify necessary administrative and financial resources. - Manage internal and external resources involved in projects. Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with business owners, analysts, developers, and testers. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide status reports. Promote effective decision-making by involving necessary expertise in a timely manner. Project Documentation Development: Ensure necessary documentation for successful solution deployment; Standards Compliance: Follow best practices and ensure quality assurance. Candidate Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT project management involving multiple departments or collaboration partners; Experience in project budget and resource planning and management; Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles; Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills; Certification in IT project management (PRINCE2, PSM I, or equivalent) is considered an advantage; Excellent Latvian language proficiency (not lower than C2 level) and good English language proficiency (not lower than B1 level) for collaboration with international partners and working with technical documentation in English.
