ASSA Abloy is now recruiting an industrial technician for its team in the Göteborg area, a role for someone who wants to combine technology, service, and customer communication in their daily work. The position involves traveling to customers in your local area and performing simple adjustments and troubleshooting. The work also includes planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on preventive maintenance work.
Customer contact is a natural and important part of your day-to-day activities, where you represent the company and build long-term relationships. The work takes place in varying environments and requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday.
StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process, and the selected candidate will be directly employed by ASSA ABLOY. A probationary period applies. The position is intended to start immediately.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking someone who:
Has a technical interest and is looking for your first job as an industrial technician
Is practical-minded and has experience working with tools
Holds a manual B driver's license
Has upper secondary education in electrical, automotive, technology, or equivalent
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
Is responsible, thorough, and customer-service oriented
Has good digital skills and learns new systems quickly
Meritorious:
Can read technical instructions, drawings, and service protocols
Has basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics
Experience in customer service and customer relations
Good knowledge of safety and troubleshooting
