About the Position We are now seeking industrial workers for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. The work day can vary and may include several different tasks depending on the department. Examples of work tasks include assembly, machining, material handling, machine monitoring, welding, packing, quality control, and testing. Forklift and overhead crane operation are common. The industrial worker position is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period, but with the possibility of a permanent employment contract for the right person. Various shift schedules exist within the operation, ranging from fixed day shift and fixed night shift to 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift rotations. Below is an example of the 5-shift schedule; other shift patterns are structured similarly, with each shift period spanning one week. Example 5-Shift Schedule: • Week 1 (Morning + Weekend): Mon–Fri 06:00–14:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00 • Week 2: Off • Week 3 (Evening): Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00 • Week 4 (Night + Weekend): Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00, Sat–Sun 18:00–06:00 • Week 5: Off About You We are looking for a curious and engaged person with a strong desire to learn and develop. You are comfortable working independently as well as collaborating closely with others. You are a detail-oriented person, practically inclined, and work in a structured manner with a clear focus on quality. For you, quality and safety are self-evident parts of everyday work, and you take responsibility for performing your tasks correctly and according to given instructions. Additionally, you must be fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Personal suitability is weighted heavily, but we view it particularly positively if you have: Experience from practical work, for example in crafts, construction, workshop, or equivalent. Experience from industrial work or similar environments. Education in electrical, technical, construction, industrial, or equivalent fields. Forklift and/or overhead crane certification.
