Previous industrial experience is a plus - but for us, your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. About the Position Montico is now seeking an industrial worker for one of our clients in Ulricehamn. The company works with surface treatment and you will become part of their production team. This is a staffing placement where you will be employed by Montico and work at our client's facility. The position is full-time with work scheduled on two shifts. Immediate start. Job Description You will work in the client's production with tasks related to surface treatment. The work is hands-on and you will receive training and the opportunity to learn the tasks on-site. We are looking especially for someone who is hardworking, curious, and has a strong desire to learn. You don't need to know everything from the start – what matters most is that you have the right attitude, take responsibility, and are ready to develop in the role. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is conscientious, responsible, and enjoys practical work. You ideally have some experience from industry or production, but what's most important is that you have the motivation to learn and do a good job.
