An important task for Nodava is to deliver high-quality and sustainable operations of the owner municipalities' water and wastewater (VA) facilities. To meet a future with increased automation, we are seeking someone with electrical certification who, in a newly established position, wants to help ensure sustainable operations in northern Dalarna's VA facilities. The position is part of the Operations Department and the Water and Wastewater Facilities unit. Your Responsibilities Electrical installation work in low-voltage systems (230/400V). Electrical work in water treatment plants, purification facilities, pump stations, and pressure-boosting stations. Installation, service, and maintenance of electrical systems. Troubleshooting and repairs in existing facilities. Installation and commissioning of control and regulation equipment. Participate in projects, new installations, and other development work. Document, analyze, and report according to legal requirements and procedures. On-call duty may be part of the assignment. Electrician, industrial electrician, automation electrician training, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way is required. We would also like you to have experience working with electricity in an industrial environment and with control and regulation technology. Advantageous are knowledge of PLC systems and process facilities as well as proficiency in ElproCAD or similar systems. The work requires you to be organized, quality-conscious, and show sound judgment in actions and decisions. You can independently take responsibility and critically evaluate situations that may involve significant risk or danger, and then act safely for a sustainable work environment. The work also requires you to be able to read and communicate both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. These are important skills for analyzing, recording, reporting, and documenting necessary information according to applicable procedures. Your work is based in Orsa but covers the entire northern Dalarna region (Mora, Orsa, and Älvdalen municipalities). Travel is a natural part of the work, and a Class B driver's license is required. The position is a permanent, full-time employment with start date as soon as possible by agreement. Employment involves participation in security-sensitive operations. A passed security clearance without placement in a security class is required before employment.
