Industrial Electrician Day Shift at Outokumpu in Degerfors Are you a driven electrician who wants to be part of a world-leading company? About the Position We at Outokumpu in Degerfors are seeking an electrician for our electrical maintenance team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment where safety is always the top priority. You will work closely with mechanics and automation technicians to handle urgent machine failures and plan and perform preventive maintenance. As an electrician with us, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology and challenging tasks that develop both your skills and your technical understanding. The role also includes administration, supplier contacts, and independent planning of your workday, which provides flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our processes. This is a full-time position involving daytime work. On-call duty may be included in the role in the future. Your Responsibilities Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of Outokumpu's electrical equipment Development of electrical maintenance to ensure a reliable production facility Active participation in the company's safety initiatives to create a safe work environment Contribute to improvement projects both individually and as part of a team Support investment and renovation projects Use of our maintenance system Maximo Support on emergency shifts and in the lift team when needed Your Profile Upper secondary education in electrical, industrial, automation, or equivalent Structured and responsible with strong drive Initiative-taking and solution-oriented Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a merit. Experience with troubleshooting, travel cards, PLC skills, or process understanding in furnace technology is a merit. It is also a merit if you have experience working with maintenance and maintenance systems for machinery and electrical systems. Application & Contact Interested in the position?
