Adecco is seeking industrial workers for assembly and warehouse positions with a client in Umeå. About the Position We are looking for industrial workers for both assembly and warehouse work. Common tasks on the assembly line include assembling various components within a production area, ensuring quality, and documenting any deviations. You will work on a paced assembly line. In the warehouse, tasks involve picking, packing, and transporting materials to the production line. A forklift certificate is a merit. In both positions, you will have access to instructions/drawings and always helpful colleagues around you. Working hours on the assembly line are daytime, and the warehouse operates on a 2-shift schedule. About You We are looking for someone who wants to work in industry and has a strong drive to develop. Relevant education within industry is a merit, and we would like to see that you have worked with similar tasks before. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong interest in technology and a methodical, quality-conscious work approach. As a person, you are a careful problem solver who enjoys collaboration and appreciates a fast pace. You can make yourself understood and read Swedish fluently so you can easily follow instructions. In this recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. About the Employment Initially, we offer you a fixed-term employment contract through Adecco Sweden.
