About the Position As an industrial worker for our client in Falkenberg, you will work in production and follow drawings and instructions where precision and accuracy are essential. Together with your colleagues, you will work in a team with a strong focus on safety and quality. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday-Friday, 7–16. About You We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work and enjoys physical labor. You like new challenges, are driven and committed, and can deliver high-quality work. Since you will be working in a team, collaboration, a positive attitude, and flexibility are important. You need to have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a plus if you have a forklift or overhead crane license and previous experience working in the industrial, construction, or automotive industry. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required. In this position, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. About the Employment This position is a consulting assignment with a 6-month fixed-term employment, which means you will be employed by Adecco and hired out to the client.
