About the Position

Working Hours: Full-time, 2-shift.
Your Responsibilities
As an industrial worker, you'll work in daily production with responsibility for ensuring a stable and efficient workflow. There's quite a bit of hands-on work in production, and you need to be flexible both physically and mentally. You work both independently and as part of the team, with a focus on quality, safety, and delivery.
The role involves operational work where you handle both machines and materials, and contribute to maintaining structure and order in the operation.
Examples of tasks:
• Forklift operation and material handling
• Loading and unloading materials
• Monitoring production flow and equipment
• Ensuring order, structure, and quality in work tasks
• Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with experience from industry, production, or warehouse work, and who thrives in an operational role where you work methodically and take responsibility for your work.
You're someone who works carefully, is solution-oriented, and has the ability to contribute to a stable and functioning operation.
We see that you have:
Experience with forklift operation, such as counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, or low-lift trucks
Experience in industry, production, or warehouse work
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Basic computer skills
Valid forklift certification
B-driver's license and access to a vehicle
Meritorious:
Experience as a machine operator
Traveling crane certification
