We have several ongoing needs within assembly, production, and machining, and are therefore looking for people with experience from manufacturing industries. About the position
As an industrial worker, you will be an important part of the daily production at one of our customers in Västerås. Depending on the assignment and experience, work tasks may include technical and mechanical assembly, sheet metal and metal processing, machine operator work, quality controls, and material handling.
You work according to drawings, instructions, and quality requirements to ensure efficient production with high quality. In some assignments, forklift and overhead crane operation may also occur. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in an industrial environment, has a technical interest, and wants to contribute to safe, efficient, and quality production. Working hours may vary and shift work may occur depending on the assignment.

To succeed in the role, you are quality-conscious, have a high focus on safety, and are flexible in your work approach. You easily adapt to different work tasks and production environments and contribute with a positive attitude in daily work.
Formal qualifications
High school diploma, preferably with a technical or industrial focus
Experience in industrial, production, or warehouse work
Good physical capability as the work can sometimes be physically demanding
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and safety regulations
Ability to work structurally and with focus on quality
Ability to work shifts as shift work may occur depending on the assignment
Meritorious
Experience in assembly, technical assembly, machine monitoring, or machining
Forklift certification
Overhead crane certification
Training in safe lifting
Training for mobile elevated work platforms
Experience with quality controls and work according to drawings and instructions
Driver's license and access to a car
