We are now seeking an operator for an industrial facility in Mullsjö that works with the sale, storage, and distribution of gas materials, gas equipment, and technical industrial gases. As an operator, you will work in a close-knit team of six people where you together are responsible for the entire flow on site.
The work includes everything from sorting and filling gas cylinders to quality control and packing customer orders. You will have an important role in ensuring that work flows efficiently and that safety is always in focus. Since you work in an environment where personal responsibility is encouraged, we see that you have the ability to understand the big picture of the operation and act proactively based on daily planning meetings.
The position is full-time and you will work daytime hours.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is a quick learner, structured, detail-oriented, and has an interest in industry.
Self-driven: You have a holistic perspective and can take own initiatives.
Physical ability: The work is partly physical, which requires that you can move around and perform lifts safely.
Language: Swedish is a requirement, as the role involves both internal communication and customer contact. English is a merit.
Meritorious experience: We would like to see that you have a background in process or industrial work. Experience in logistics is also highly meritorious. A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.
