Our client is now looking for an industrialization engineer with experience in electronics and electromechanical production. The role gives you the opportunity to work on developing and optimizing production flows, drive improvement initiatives, and contribute to the introduction of new products.
Working as an Industrialization Engineer at Our Client
Our client is in an exciting phase with increasing production volumes and is investing in future-proofing their production flows and processes. As an industrialization engineer, you will have a central role in developing production and driving improvements together with different functions in the organization. You will have the opportunity to influence work methods, processes, and technical solutions in an environment where quality, development, and optimization are in focus.
In the role you will work with, among other things:
Analysis and improvement of manufacturing flows – map processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive cost-effective improvements
Development and standardization – develop new work methods and processes to create continuous improvements in production
Project management – plan, lead, and drive change and development projects within production
Industrialization and introduction of new products (NPI) – contribute a production perspective in the development process and analyze product design with focus on manufacturability
Production-related investments – analyze needs and contribute to the implementation of new machines and production solutions
The role is located in Stockholm and work takes place the majority of the time on-site at the client's office.

We are Looking for You Who
Have academic education at least at the level of technical engineer
Have at least 2 years of work experience in production or manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on electronics and electromechanical production
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Are self-driven, structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to take initiative and drive work forward
Have an interest in industrialization, production, and project management
To start the assignment, Swedish citizenship and a passed security clearance are required.
It is meritorious if you have experience in project management and/or tool design.
