The Role
You work at the intersection of R&D, production engineering, and business, with the mission to contribute to the development and commercialization of various applications. You move daily between construction details and the big picture of how customers use the product.
Industrialization – Developing Scalable Technology
You work on developing, modeling, and analyzing manufacturing systems by:
· Ensuring design is adapted for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA)
· Driving the transition from prototype to product, including manufacturing processes and selection of production methods, tolerances, and materials
· Preparing documentation for product cost calculations and manufacturing process simulations
· Hands-on problem-solving in production, testing, and verification
Commercialization – Developing Market and Business
You contribute to ensuring our solutions meet real needs and reach customers by:
· Ensuring the product meets customer requirements and relevant regulations
· Translating technical features into clear customer value and application
· Supporting how the product is packaged, positioned, and introduced in customer environments
Your Background
You have a degree in engineering or equivalent experience, for example in industrial economics or a related field. Strong language skills in Swedish and English are required, as is Swedish citizenship.
We would like to see that you have:
· Experience in product development from prototype to finished product, though this is not required
· Understanding of regulatory requirements
· Experience working in smaller or fast-moving organizations
This role is particularly suited for you if you are early in your career and want to gain a broad understanding of how technology is developed, industrialized, and brought to market. You thrive in a role where you move between technology, production, and business, and where you frequently switch between detail level and the bigger picture. You are a skilled problem-solver with a strong drive to turn theory into practical solutions.
