Do you want to lead and advance the Hogia Group's integrated incident management? As an Incident & Response Manager (IRM), you will take on a group-wide role with responsibility for coordinating, developing, and following up on information and cybersecurity incident management. About the Role As an Incident & Response Manager, you will be the process owner for the Hogia Group's incident management. You will ensure a clear and practical approach to incident classification, escalation, coordination, documentation, and follow-up. You will work from our head office, which is beautifully located by the sea in Stenungsund. You will, among other things: Lead and advance the group's IRM process, including roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths Lead or coordinate the management of serious information and cybersecurity incidents Ensure situational awareness, information flow, and documentation during incidents Drive follow-up and learning after incidents and translate lessons learned into concrete improvements Collaborate with the CISO, IT, business units, and external parties For the right person, there is also an opportunity to combine the IRM responsibility with more operational IT security work, such as vulnerability management, logging, and security controls. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with documented experience in incident management within information and/or cybersecurity. You have experience leading or coordinating incidents where multiple internal and external parties need to be involved and have a strong understanding of IRM from a process and governance perspective. We believe you: Have experience with incident classification, escalation, coordination, documentation, and follow-up Are structured and analytical and can act calmly and methodically during incidents Are confident and clear in your communication and can tailor information to different audiences Have relevant academic education in, for example, information security, IT, law, or equivalent acquired competence Since our internal working language is Swedish, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and have good English skills. It is a plus if you have experience with NIS2/CSL or GDPR related to incident management, working in a group or other complex organization, and practical IT or cybersecurity experience.
