Job DescriptionDo you want to lead the work that ensures advanced technical systems function throughout their entire lifecycle?We are continuing to establish Sigma Technology Engineering in East Gothland.We are building a business area focused on qualified roles in engineering, systems and lifecycle management – and we are now looking for an experienced ILS Manager who wants to work on our customer assignments.This is an opportunity for you who want to combine strategic responsibility, technical expertise and leadership – in assignments where you get a central role in developing sustainable, accessible and efficient systems over time.About the RoleAs ILS Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) work in complex engineering projects.You ensure that products and systems can be operated, maintained and further developed efficiently and cost-effectively throughout their lifecycle.The role involves overall responsibility where you work both strategically and operatively – from early phases through delivery and into operation.Your areas of responsibility include:
Lead and coordinate ILS work in technically advanced projects
Develop and implement lifecycle management (LCM) strategies
Ensure requirements related to operation, maintenance, availability and support
Drive analyses such as LSA, LCC, reliability and maintenance optimization
Plan and develop maintenance and spare parts strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, service)
Act as an advisor to customers on lifecycle and system support matters
Contribute to the development of methods and practices within ILS
You will be a central player in the projects with significant influence on both solutions and results.Core CompetenciesWe are looking for someone who is confident in their competence and has experience working within ILS or lifecycle management.You have good systems understanding and are accustomed to working in complex, technology-intensive environments.We see that you have:- An engineering degree in, for example, logistics, mechanical engineering, production or systems engineering. Alternatively, equivalent competence acquired through work experience. A Master's or Civil Engineer degree is advantageous. - Several years of experience working within ILS / Integrated Logistics Support- Experience leading work or coordinating teams in projects- Good knowledge within LSA, LCM, maintenance analysis or similar areas- Experience from technology-intensive operations (e.g. defense, industry, systems development)- Ability to work both strategically and operatively
We work closely with our customers and a category B driving license is a requirement.Since we often work within the defense industry or other critical sectors, the positions are usually classified and may entail requirements for certain citizenship.Personal Skills, Qualities, ExperienceTo thrive in this role, we believe you are someone who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure and driving work forward in complex environments.We believe that you are:

Experience from the defense industry or other security-critical operations
Background in systems engineering or requirements management
Experience with reliability, RAMS or configuration management
Military service or experience from the Swedish Armed Forces
Experience developing working methods within ILS
We consider it advantageous if you have completed military service or other relevant experience from the Swedish Armed Forces.
