About the Role As an ILS engineer, you have a central role throughout the project's lifecycle—from concept to finished solution. You work on translating customer requirements into sustainable and efficient maintenance solutions and ensure that systems can be maintained and further developed over time. You will also contribute to developing training materials and technical documentation, which is crucial for project success. The role involves many points of contact where you collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. Travel may be required for the role. Your main tasks include: Develop strategies and plans for maintenance and spare parts management Support the development of maintenance instructions and training materials Conduct analyses such as: LCC (Life Cycle Cost) LSA (Logistics Support Analysis) FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) As a consultant at Jefferson Wells, you get the opportunity to work on varying assignments, develop your expertise, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and natural drive. You thrive both in teams and working independently, and you have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. You are communicative, structured, and solution-oriented, with a commitment to contributing to the development and improvement of processes. We would like to see that you have: Experience with maintenance planning or work according to ILS standards 1-3 years of work experience or an engineering degree Experience with ERP systems and database management (a plus) A strong desire to develop in your role as a consultant The assignment requires that you undergo and are approved in accordance with applicable security regulations. For certain roles, security clearance may apply, which may involve requirements for specific citizenship.
