Job Description: Your Next Challenge Within digitalization support, we work closely with our operations and proactively develop solutions that help them be efficient and make the right decisions. Our digitalization platform is an important part of getting the right information at the right time and enables our AI models to use real-time data from sensors and other data sources. As a developer, you will work together with the team to take responsibility for planning, modeling, development, management, regulations, and guidelines for our AI and digitalization solutions. Together with our operations, you will identify needs for digitalization support in both IT and OT environments and develop and maintain these within our DevOps team. The role involves work at operational, tactical, and strategic levels within this area. You contribute to overall plans and participate in their implementation. We work with solutions primarily within these products: Ignition PostgreSQL (Timescale) ClearML OpenWebUI Langflow Openshift Who Are You? You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new solutions and understand challenges and opportunities. You are accustomed to structuring and directing development and can understand both the big picture and the details. You have an IT-related academic education or equivalent work experience and continuously keep your technical and functional skills updated. It is a merit if you have experience with industrial IT/OT solutions. We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and analytical—a team player. You are accustomed to independently leading development work and seeing the full picture, and you enjoy challenges. You are collaborative and communicative with a positive and helpful demeanor. Since the role involves many contacts with different parts of the organization, we see that you communicate easily in both English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
