IFO Adult Unit Seeks Social Worker

The Individual and Family Care Adult Unit is looking for you to work with authority exercises in harmful use/addiction, intimate partner violence, and other adult matters. You will become part of an experienced work group with eleven social workers, divided into two teams: the adult group (4 case handlers) and the economics group (7 case handlers). Each group is led by a senior social worker, and the unit also has an administrator and a resource team with two treatment specialists. You will receive thorough introduction, continuous methodology and process supervision, and close support from the senior social worker. You will be part of an operation where authority exercises and treatment interventions work closely together, and where we together develop working methods to meet the social services of the future. All our case handlers are trained in MI. We use standardized assessment methods, such as FREDA assessment method, ASI, Ung-dok, as support in investigation work. Social services face exciting changes, including through the comorbidity reform and the new Social Services Act. Experience in both areas is advantageous. You have good knowledge of the Social Services Act and Compulsory Care Act. It is important that you have data skills relevant to your assignment. You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. You also need to be able to communicate in English.
