Rāmuļi Primary School invites you to join our team starting September 1, 2026 DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR EDUCATION (0.45 full-time equivalent) Main Responsibilities: • Organize and coordinate the implementation of the educational process at school in accordance with regulatory requirements; • Plan, monitor, and improve teaching work, ensuring quality educational processes; • Provide methodological support to teachers and promote their professional development; • Supervise the preparation and circulation of educational documentation; • Analyze student learning achievements and promote the development of educational quality; • Collaborate with teachers, students, parents, municipal and state institutions; • Perform other duties in accordance with the job description. Requirements for Candidates: • Education in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required of Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence"; • Experience in pedagogical work; • Knowledge of regulatory acts governing the education sector; • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work; • Good communication, collaboration, and team management skills; • High sense of responsibility, precision, and initiative.
